Mastering Agile Project Management: A Guide to Modern Workflows
Main Article Content
Abstract
Dynamic flexible design in Agile project management creates a system of progressive iteration to change conventional project
management practices. Agile shifts away from traditional processes because it concentrates on project adaptation alongside team
solidarity and continuous enhancement of performance which results in improved adjustments to business needs and customer
specs. The paper provides an in-depth analysis of Agile system methods such as Scrum and Kanban to demonstrate improved
workflow operations and better project completion results. Between the pages of this research study there exists empirical data
regarding Agile practices together with implementation best practices.
