The Art of Prioritization: Time Management Techniques for Leaders
Main Article Content
Abstract
Work environments characterized by high speed demand that leaders handle their various duties to maintain both efficiency and
concentration levels. Proper time management enables people to adjust their priorities effectively which leads to better operational
results and maintains personal life equilibrium. This paper evaluates three effective priority management methods starting with the
Eisenhower Matrix that separates critical urgent work from essential important work followed by time-blocking for scheduled task
management and concluding with the 80/20 rule for demonstrating high-impact activities. Leaders who adopt these methods can
develop better decisions while decreasing stress levels along with bettering their career performance and personal health. Time
management mastery allows leaders to work productively and attain their targets with speed while building enduring business
achievements.
